Banish your fear of success

Fear of success will inhibit you from reaching those goals and dreams.

We have all made mistakes .... Everyone has failures or mistakes from the past.  To have success, you need to learn from your past and value those difficult lessons but do not dwell on the past.  Simply move forward and make better, more educated decisions from the lessons learned. In fact, if you have experienced failure, you are even more equipped to achieve.

Being afraid of failure is a normal emotion for every person on the planet.  How you get past that fear is the determining factor between failing and succeeding.  You can do that by setting realistic goals and then examining those goals on occasion to do any necessary realignment.  Above all, believe in yourself and the desire burning within.

Success means Keep at it .... To reach success, you have to persevere.  Have you ever tried something and failed 10 000 times, and then kept at it?  When Thomas Edison was creating the incandescent light bulb, it took him more than 10,000 times to get it right.  Keep striving even when it becomes challenging.

When a young boy asked Edison about his failures, Edison commented,

Young man, I didnt fail 9,999 times, I discovered 9,999 ways not to invent the light bulb.

As you work toward your specific success, always enjoy opportunities to learn, even if it takes longer than you think it should. Mistakes are a sign of progress!

The person who has made mistakes is far more prepared for the challenge, because they have experienced the obstacle and pitfalls that can be encountered on the journey to achieving successful results.

The fear of success is tantamount to conceding that you will never achieve your goals.

Sometimes it may even be painful to allow yourself to think about what you really want, for fear of not realizing the dream ...

"As John Gray, in his book How to have what you want and want what you have, wrote   Fear is greater when we risk being true to ourselves.

Release yourself from your fear of success and dare to dream that you can achieve whatever you put your mind to. No one said it better than Richard Branson

"Ive often been asked for the secret of my success, and the answer is just that Ive failed more times than anyone else!"
