Find out how Neuro Linguisting Programming works?

NLP and the Structure of Your Behaviour

NLP is predominantly concerned with how you process the world. NLP focus on how you structure your behaviour, communication, fears, limiting beliefs etc.

All behaviour – positive or destructive, has a structure. NLP will assist in determining what that structure is all about.

NLP is almost like building a house, it can be structured as a one level house of a multi-story house.

If you don’t like your multistory house, you can then restructure your building into something that you do want – the important part is understanding the current structure as well as the structure of what it I that you want. Learning NLP is a process of growth and personal development.

The components of NLP incorporate Meta Programmes, Anchoring, Modeling, Sub-modalities and quantum linguistics.

NLP Starts with You!

Firstly, NLP starts with you. When you learn how to manage yourself (understanding the structure of your behaviour and reactions etc) you can then also influence others.

NLP is based on the presupposition that you already have all the resources you need to make whatever changes you want to make. NLP focuses on making these unconscious capabilities conscious.

NLP & The Unconscious Mind....

NLP calls on the function of your unconscious mind. Your unconscious mind is considerably more powerful than your conscious mind. NLP uses techniques that impact the unconscious mind.

Your unconscious mind is that part of you that beats your heart, stores all your memories – every one of them, digests your food, and stores your emotions…. In fact it is responsible for just about every thing about you, other than logical / rational thinking – that’s why NLP works with the unconscious rather than the conscious mind.

NLP is a way of thinking and behaving. NLP, when applied with elegance and respect can enhance the quality of everything that you do.

NLP in a sentence!

To sum up NLP in a nutshell – if that is possible, for me it would be something along the lines of….. NLP is a process of establishing the difference between great and good and using that structure to turn good, negative, indifference, into great!
